The NCM Instructional Designer is responsible for the planning, editing, quality control and development of curricula. They will assist in development of new learning programs in conjunction with the Content Team Manager. Additionally, this position is responsible for the review of marketing material related to the Institute, to ensure it accurately describes the key learning objectives of each program.

Software Education Generalists spend their day on scheduled calls and email to understand, align and reach customer’s business goals by delivering maximum value.
The Retail Solutions Moderator/Consultant is responsible for developing and delivering 20 Group Meetings and In-dealership Consulting engagements while supporting Retail Solutions’ business initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Develops, delivers and manages automotive 20 Groups. Develops, delivers and manages automotive performance and operations consulting clients.
