How do I know which training program is right for my team?

Where are NCM classes held?

Our in-person training classes are held at select locations, including Kansas City, MO, Toronto, ON, and other various US and Canadian locations that are convenient for your employees to attend. If you are unsure about your class’s location, please call 800-756-2620.

Will I have homework?

Some classes may have homework. If your course instructor assigns homework, we will notify you via the email address we have on file, 3 weeks before your first day of class. You will need to complete the homework before your course start date. We will not assign homework for completion between class days.

How far in advance do I need to register for my class?

Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure a seat in your preferred class, we recommend you register as far in advance as possible.
