Tyler Pederson serves as an Enterprise Sales and Partnership Manager at NCM, where he
works closely with manufacturing partners and dealers operating 25 or more rooftops. His
primary focus is on delivering tailored support and customized content to help companies
achieve their strategic goals.

He is deeply passionate about fostering strong relationships and developing solutions that
drive success for NCM’s partners. Tyler believes in the power of collaboration and
personalized support to meet the unique needs of each client. His commitment to
understanding those needs and creating targeted content lies at the core of his
professional approach.

Tyler began his career in the sports industry, quickly climbing the ladder. Working in the
front office of a professional team was always his passion. He started out as an intern for
an Arena Football Team, quickly transitioning to Director of Player Personnel, a position he
held for five years before moving into the General Manager role. Amidst running the
program, Tyler purchased his first business, a 24-hour fitness facility, which he and his wife
managed for seven years before selling and seeking their next opportunity.

Entrepreneurship has always been a passion, which is why he loved the opportunity to join
NCM and be part of an ESOP. This role allows him to have a say while working closely with a
great team.

Tyler holds a degree in Business and Sports Management from St. Cloud State University.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He is very
active with his three young children—two daughters and a son—all under the age of ten. He
coaches them in various sports, and weekends are often filled with softball, baseball,
hockey, and travel, which he wouldn’t have any other way
